And on the horizon. . .another similar program at
Red Sun Yoga in Winter Springs/Oviedo area.

Perhaps???

Currently, there is a great once a month event
at Red Sun Yoga with a great Hatha Yoga teacher
Barclay Bryan. We add some African Rhythms
to the class and create a very atmospheric and
integrative space for our yoga.

After yoga this Month, there’s a Drum Class with
Mark specializing on the 4th Chakra — Heart Drumming

Check it out May 16th
Yoga with Drumming: 6pm
Heart Drumming Class: 7:30 pm.

We ask that you pre-register, as Red Sun is filling
the room for these classes.
